Anne O’Brien speaks on The Lives of the Mortimers

Pembridge Church was packed when Anne O’Brien, best- selling author, took us back to 1301 and the marriage of Roger Mortimer to Joan de Geneville in our parish church.

The lives of the Mortimers and the intense rivalries of the time were bought to life by Anne, whose latest book “A Court of Betrayal”, tells their story. A brilliant combination of history and intrigue which kept the audience spellbound.
