King’s House Supports Breast Cancer Charity

On 5th September the King’s House was the venue for a charity Afternoon Tea which raised £580 for Breast Cancer Now. Proprietor Jayne Jones and her daughter Michelle hosted the event and generously donated all the food.

Guests enjoyed a sumptuous afternoon tea in the sunshine of the garden and within the 15th century black and white restaurant and tearoom, located in East Street, Pembridge.

The funds raised were swelled by a raffle, organised by Lizzie Sharpe, and private donations made to the charity’s just giving page.
